Presidents Vladimir Putin of Russia and Robert Kocharian of Armenia had a telephone conversation on Monday to discuss bilateral and regional issues, Russian news agency reported.
"In the course of the conversation, the heads of state discussed a number of topical questions of bilateral trade and economic relations, some aspects of the preparation of the upcoming informal CIS summit in Almaty, and regional issues," Putin’s press service was quoted as saying.
