Ken Hachikian: Karabakh independence high on ANCA agenda

In an exclusive interview with RFE/RL’s Armenian Service, Ken Hachikian, the chairman of the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), said that Nagorno-Karabakh’s independence based on self-determination is very high on the agenda of the organization.
