U.S. Envoy Criticizes Armenia Over Oskanian Case

United States Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern has expressed his view on the prosecution of Prosperous Armenia Party lawmaker and former minister of foreign affairs Vartan Oskanian, saying that "the development is bad for justice and democracy in Armenia."
